Bay leaf (laurier) is one of the most used culinary herbs in the Caribbean โ but its therapeutic effects go far beyond flavoring. Cautions
Very safe as a tea at normal doses. Avoid swallowing whole leaves in cooking โ may cause digestive obstruction. May interact with sedative medications in large amounts.
