It is one of Kenan's most recommended complementary therapies for women dealing with fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and pelvic congestion.

๐ด Caribbean traditional use
Castor oil ('huile de palma christi' in the French Antilles) has been used for generations as a hair growth tonic, laxative for children, and abdominal compress for pain. Caribbean grandmothers apply warm castor oil packs on children's bellies for stomach aches and on women's abdomens for painful periods.
Cautions
External use only for therapeutic packs โ internal ingestion of castor oil causes violent laxative effects. Do not apply over broken skin. Pause during menstruation (stimulates flow). Avoid during pregnancy.
