Ginger
Zingiber officinale ยท Gingembre / Jengibre / Ginger Root
The universal fire root โ anti-inflammatory, digestive, and immune-boosting
Ginger is one of the most versatile medicinal plants ever documented. Its active compounds โ gingerols and shogaols โ are powerful anti-inflammatory agents that rival ibuprofen in some studies, without the gut damage. Fresh ginger root is warming and digestive; dried ginger is more potent for inflammation. A staple in Kenan's morning protocols.
